New usage quotas and pricing from 1st August 2021

For Home::1 customers

• If you’re on Home::1 300, you will be upgraded, for free, to Home::1 500, meaning the inclusive usage will rise to 500GB per month; higher than the average household usage in the UK.
• If you’re on Home::1 2000, you will be upgraded free to Home::1 5000, meaning the inclusive usage will rise to 5TB per month.

For Soho::1 customers

• If you’re on Soho::1 300, you will be upgraded, for free, to Soho::1 800, meaning the inclusive usage will rise to 800GB per month; plenty for most small offices, or home offices.
• If you’re on Soho::1 500, you will also be upgraded free to Soho::1 800, meaning the inclusive usage will rise to 800GB per month. But you will also receive a £10+VAT discount to your package price per month.
• If you’re on Soho::1 5000 you will be upgraded, for free, to Soho::1 8000, meaning the inclusive usage will rise to 8TB per month. You will also receive a £10+VAT discount to your package price per month.
  

For customers with FTTP services

The uplift you currently pay for FTTP on Home::1 £15 (inc VAT) and on SoHo::1 is £15+VAT. We are reducing this uplift to £10 inc VAT and £10+VAT respectively, to bring it in line with the FTTC uplift.

Again, these changes will be applied whether you are still in minimum term of not, and to all applicable customers from the 1st August 2021.
