Number porting
Telephone number porting it generally on hold between December 21st and January 4th. We will stall take orders, but they will be on hold until the new year.
Broadband installs and engineer appointments
We are still seeing some Openreach appointments for new installs and fault repair delayed and cancelled without notice, this is mostly due to COVID-19 related reasons but we expect this disruption to continue for some time.
