Until now a suspended DATA SIM has had no charge.
This was a really cool feature, suspend a SIM when not needed for no charge. Activate when needed.
Sadly we were advised by our suppliers, a couple of years ago, of chargers for suspended SIMs, so the only way to stop charges is to CEASE the SIM. Bummer!
We have added a CEASE option to control pages (you have to SUSPEND first), and well over a year ago we started invoicing for a SUSPENDED SIM as £0.00 but with comment of "Charges start from June 1st".
We actually missed June 2023!
We have finally started charging £1+VAT for suspended DATA SIMs from June 2024.
If this is a shock, talk to accounts, they will CEASE the affected SIMs backdated to 1st June 2024 and so credit the charge.
The only reason it may be a shock if you only have only suspended SIMs, so £0.00 total invoices which we don't sent, sorry.
