We're able to port in most phone numbers on to our VoIP platform. Once a number has been ported in it will be available on the Control Pages for you to configure. A number will then have the same features available as any of our other numbers.
Using the number whilst the port is pending
Whilst the port is pending you will be able to configure your phone but not make calls until the port has been completed
Porting in a ceased number
If you have recently ceased a number with another service provider then it is usually still possible to port the number, as long as it is within one month of being ceased.
